We have finally come to the end of our yoga course. Congratulations on your achievement! Your journey into a world of good health and living a life of purpose has just begun. You have learnt what is is necessary to carve out a life you seek. Now, your next question would be, “where do I go from here? how can I make a livelihood out of what I learnt?”, “How do I find my life purpose?” 30 minute yoga! - All that you have learnt in the past 10 days will come together into a strong, energetic 30 minute practice!
